Design: Selection and management of architects, engineers, and consultants, plus design reviews and value engineering that balance cost, schedule, and appeal.
Capital Structuring: Pro formas and equity waterfalls, offering memorandums, capital outreach, and deal pitches to lenders and equity partners.
Closing: Management of the closing process and review of equity, loan, and construction documents.
