Involvement

We proactively involve local communities, neighborhoods, and governments in our pre-development and design process because we understand that good places make good neighbors.

Project Selection

We focus on existing walkable neighborhoods or new walkable neighborhoods in the Austin-San Antonio corridor. There is an overarching supply and demand imbalance for housing, but there is even more of a supply and demand imbalance for walkable communities. We want to solve this problem and allow more people to enjoy the health benefits of a walkable lifestyle.

Environmental Impact

Our consultants use thoughtful and innovative design techniques to minimize environmental impacts. We make a strong effort to make our projects fit in with their surroundings.

We have found that low impact developments are often viewed favorably by cities and neighborhoods and they often outperform for our investors.

Capital Structure

Our projects are typically capitalized through a combination of senior debt and a limited partnership. Our deal structures aim to minimize risk to our investors while delivering above market returns.
